2. Offerings

Our offerings fall into three categories:

• Services: personalized guidance sessions, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Digital Products: downloadable resources, templates, and online modules.
• Goods: physical materials and branded items.

3. Agreement Scope

Your agreement covers the category(ies) you purchase. You acknowledge that specific terms may apply to each category as detailed below.

4. Billing and Payment

All fees are charged at the time of purchase or as per the schedule in your plan. We accept all major methods. Payment obligations arise upon confirmation of your order or appointment.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We offer transparent guidelines for returns and adjustments:

5.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours before the start time, you may request a full reimbursement or reschedule without penalty. To reschedule, contact us using the contact form. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-reimbursable due to resource allocation.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital items are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery if you have not accessed or downloaded the materials. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds are processed through the original purchase method within 14 days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Email us using the contact form to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds will be issued after item inspection, typically within 10 business days.

5.4 Irreversible Offerings

Certain time-sensitive or made-to-order services and goods are non-refundable. These are clearly indicated at the point of sale. This policy is necessary to cover advance preparations and production costs.
